We all need:

  1. Something to do today. Something to think about and work on today.
  2. Something to aim for. Something to work toward. Something to look forward to.

Find something meaningful to you. Find something you care about. Find something that’s important to you. Find something that matters to you.

We need something to channel our time and energy into. We need something to focus on and pay attention to.

Do something positive and constructive. Be productive and make progress. Achieve and accomplish something.

That’s fulfilling. And a fulfilling life is a good life.
