It’s drains me and takes me a day or two to recover and feel like myself.

It’s not worth it.

I’d rather feel good than have fun.

I like waking up feeling fresh and ready to tackle the day and take on the world.

Feeling good is fun.

Having energy is fun.

My health is more important to me than that night out or party.

I choose my health.

I choose to feel good.
