The more I taste it, the more I want it.

The more I eat, the hungrier I get.

Some things in life taste so sweet.

Some things feel euphoric.

It all starts with a little taste, a little high.

Then we get hooked.

We crave it.

We want more of it.

We can’t get enough of it.

It’s on our mind all the time.

We can’t stop thinking about it and talking about it.

We can’t stop doing it because it feels like ecstasy.

We get addicted.

We say “just one more time.”

We’re obsessed.

It controls our life.

There are worse things I could be addicted to.

I justify it by saying it’s better than some of the alternatives.

But all addictions are unhealthy regardless of how healthy they are.

Even healthy addictions are unhealthy.

There’s a point where healthy habits become unhealthy.

Obsession is both a blessing and a curse.

If we want to succeed at something we need to be obsessed with it.

But if we’re not careful it will consume our life.

I’m an all in extremist.

Maybe I could or would benefit from balance.

Maybe one day I’ll get there.

But right now I’m screaming “one more time.”
