Just thinking about it is painful.

Doing it is going to suck.

We dread it.

The longer we wait and put it off the worse it feels.

We prolong the misery.

Sometimes thinking about it is worse than doing it.

Sometimes it’s easier to just do it than it is to think about it.

If we would have used all of the time we spent and wasted thinking about it to do it we could have been done.

We would have suffered less.

Once we start it’s not that bad.

Sometimes getting started is the hardest and worst part.

We suffer worse in our imagination than we do in reality.

Don’t prolong the misery.

Don’t give ourselves time to feel pain and dread it.

Don’t think about it.

Just do it.

We’ll be happy we did.

And our mind will thank us.
