Bounce back.

Yesterday I abandoned my workout after 2 miles.

My body and mind weren’t having it.

I was tired and due for a day off.

So yesterday I regrouped.

And today I came back strong.

Sometimes we need a break.

Sometimes we need to rest.

There’s a time to push.

There’s a time to pull back.

If we don’t listen, we’ll overdo it and burn ourselves out.

We can do more harm than good.

Most days are good.

We will have bad days.

We will have days we don’t feel good.

We will have days we feel off.

How do we respond to those days?
