In November my sister is marrying a black man.

I’m proud of that.

In some places this may be normal.

In some places it’s not so common.

Will is black.

That’s not important.

Will is sweet, kind, loving, and caring.

He has a good heart and has been good to our family and would do anything for our family.

That’s important.

I’m proud to call him a brother-in-law and officially welcome him to the family – although he already has been for years.

Good people are good people no matter the skin color.
