We get comfortable, complacent, and set in our ways.

We don’t change unless we have a reason to change.

There has to be a motivator.

The driver can be internal or external.

When do we change?

We change when we need something.

We change when we feel pain.

We change when we really want something.

We change when we’re given an incentive to change.

We change when our circumstances change.

Until we have a reason to change, we will stay the same.
