About a month ago a friend of mine shared that John Wooden didn’t win his first NCAA National Championship until his 16th season coaching.

Coach Wooden went on to win 10 championships in 12 seasons.

Coach Wooden had 15 years and 15 reasons to give up, but he didn’t. He stuck with it and kept going.

I may have to run 16 marathons to hit the time I want.

An entrepreneur may have to start 16 businesses or work 16 years before succeeding.

Are you willing to try 16 times or for 16 years?

Are you willing to endure the growing pains and heartbreak to ultimately succeed and dominate?

If you persist and persevere, your labor eventually will be rewarded.
