On Monday I get another crack at it.

On Monday I’ll be toeing the starting line of the Boston Marathon.

I’m blessed to be able to run and fortunate to be able to travel to Boston.

It’s scary sharing your goals.

It’s scary being vulnerable and putting yourself out there.

It’s scary running 26.2 miles as fast and hard as you possibly can.

But I have courage.

And I believe in myself.

My goal is to break 2:30.

I want to run 26.2 miles in under 2 hours and 30 minutes.

I’m shooting to run an average of 5:40 per mile.

2:30.

That’s the goal.

Be bold in Boston.

Go big in Boston.

And always remember and never forget, anything is possible.
