Reevaluate your habits and behaviors.

Some of my old patterns are no longer serving me.

Things that once helped me are no longer helping me.

They may actually be distracting me, hurting me, and holding me back.

Reevaluate your life. Think about how you use your time and energy.

Are we doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result?

If so, pivot. Make a conscious effort to change.
