I’m happy when I do things I want to do.

I’m not happy when I do things I don’t want to do.

To be happy I have two options:

  1. I can do only the things I want to do.
  2. I can try to learn to be happy doing things I don’t want to do.

There will always be things we don’t want to do in life.

Do as much of the things we want to do, as little of the things we don’t want to do, and learn to make the best of things we don’t want to do.
