It’s scary until you do it.

For me running 70 miles in a week was scary. I didn’t think I could do it. I didn’t think my body could handle it. I did it.

Then running 80 miles in a week was scary. I did it.

Now running 90 and 100 miles in a week is scary. I’m going to do it.

Doing anything new and challenging is scary. Until you do it.

If you don’t think you can run a mile, you can.

Walk before you run.

Then run.

Keep doing scary things. Keep doing uncomfortable things. Keep pushing your limits. Keep building.
