I believe it’s easier to form bad habits than good and let bad habits continue than break them.
Bad habits are formed through carelessness, laziness, and unawareness.
It requires thought and action to change.
Many people don’t like thinking and changing.
Changing requires time and effort.
Many people don’t like working and using their time for improvement and betterment.
It’s easier to let bad habits continue than it is to change.
We like taking the path of least resistance. We like the easy way.
But the hard way is the way to become a better person.
We all have bad habits.
The way to break those bad habits is to be more present, engaged, and conscious in all that we do.
