When I’m running hard and exerting myself, I’ve learned slowing down just a little bit for a few seconds gives me a chance to catch my breath and regroup.

If you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life, take your foot off the gas.

Take a little bit of time to regroup.

Sometimes a short break is all we need to recover.

Slow down. Breathe. Catch your breath. You’ll get your second wind.

Then when you’re ready, lay the hammer.
