A look into my week…
I’ve been averaging:
Over 60 miles a week running – roughly 8 hours a week.
Over 400 pull-ups a week.
Over 400 push-ups a week.
Over 20,000 steps a day.
Over 250 squats a week.
Over 500 lunges a week.
Over 25 minutes worth of planks a week.
This isn’t even all of it. This is just some of it.
Extreme? Yes.
Necessary? No.
Normal? No.
Am I obsessed? Yes.
You don’t need to do all this.
I work hard at this because I love it.
Most of the time it doesn’t even feel like work.
This is my life. This is who I am. I live for this. I’m capable of doing this. I get to do this.
