Fear holds us back.

Here’s an example:

I’ve been afraid of running too fast because I’ve been afraid of injuring myself.

I don’t think I’ve ever run a mile under 5:00.

It’s not that I wasn’t capable.

I was scared. I didn’t want to hurt myself.

On Saturday I ran a 5K.

I said I’m going for it.

I ran a 4:50 first mile.

Fear stops us from trying.

We can do what we choose to do.

We create imaginary limits in our mind.
