Here’s my 6 month game plan:

1. Train my butt off for the Boston Marathon.

Kick it up a notch.
Run long – 100 mile weeks.
Run fast – more speed and intensity.
Find my ideal race weight.
Run a 2:30 in Boston.

2. Write a book.

3. Find 5-10 people to train and coach regularly – endurance and/or strength.

4. Become a USATF certified run coach.

5. Find a running sponsor.

While doing this, maintain my current habits and routine.

I’ll keep you posted with other ideas and changes.
