A problem with mental health is we don’t know people are suffering.
When somebody is physically hurting, we can see it.
When somebody is mentally hurting, we can’t.
From the outside people appear to be ok.
Those same people very well could be struggling inside.
We don’t realize how bad people are hurting internally. They may be in excruciating pain.
Once again, we can’t see it.
We need to be more open, honest, and transparent.
We need to be more accepting, empathetic, caring, and compassionate.
Both people suffering physically and mentally deserve love, care, and help.
Treat all humans with compassion. You may not be able to judge the pain somebody is in by looking at them.
May all who are struggling find peace, comfort, and healing.
I’m one of you. I’m here for you.
