I’ve been vaccinated. I still wear a mask when I go into stores. Not because I’m scared. Because it’s not worth risking my health. It’s not even worth taking a chance.
It’s simple to put a mask on. It takes near zero time and effort. I feel safer. And I’m being respectful of others.
Whether it’s taking a day off from running, going to the doctor or dentist for a routine checkup, or getting some extra rest and sleep when I’m tired, I will continue to be proactive when it comes to taking care of myself and my health.
I’d rather be safe and preventative than sorry. It’s smart.
