I may make some people uncomfortable with things I think, write, say, and share.
I’m just being honest and speaking the truth.
I think it’s important to share my pain, struggles, hardships, and lows.
We all experience it. I choose to share it.
Whether you agree or disagree, it’s me, my experiences, and my story.
If we’re uncomfortable reading about and discussing mental struggles, then that reassures me I’m doing the right thing by talking about it.
I’ll continue sharing my struggles until it becomes normal.
Because mental health matters. Because mental health is important. Because mental health is real.
Cheers to raising awareness around mental health. Cheers to normalizing it. Cheers to having open, honest, real conversations.
There’s an elephant in the room. I’m addressing it.
If anybody out there wants or needs to talk or somebody to listen, I’m here. I feel your pain. I’m with you.
As for me, I’m ok and will be ok because I’m a survivor and a fighter.
