Safety nets are nice, but…

Safety nets are there to protect us but may stop us from jumping.

Safety nets are meant to keep us safe but may hold us back.

When we have something to lose, we play scared. We’re afraid to lose what we have. We live in fear.

We play prevent defense. We play not to lose rather than to win. We go into preservation and conservation mode.

Safety nets may stop us from taking chances because we have something to lose.

When we have nothing to lose, we’re willing to risk it all and lay it all on the line because we have nothing to lose.

There is power in having our back against the wall, having no choice but to make it, and being desperate.

Safety nets make us feel safe, cozy, and comfortable but may be holding us back.

Are you willing to risk it all? Are you willing to lay it all on the line? Are you willing to go all in? Are you willing to go for it?
