I’ve been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Sometimes fruits and vegetables just don’t cut it.

Two takeaways:

  1. Eat what we’re craving. Listen to our body. Our body may be craving certain foods because it’s craving certain nutrients.
  2. We need to eat protein, carbs, and fat. I’m not a dietitian or nutritionist, but I think it’s difficult to get enough of these nutrients from fruits and vegetables alone.

I’m going to continue trying to load up on as many fruits and vegetables as possible, but anything goes in moderation. It’s all about balance and sustainability.

That bagel I just ate tasted amazing.
