Stop worrying about it.

Worrying is pointless. Worrying won’t make it disappear and go away. It will make it worse.

Worrying is a waste of energy and isn’t a good use of our time. It doesn’t change anything and accomplish anything.

When we sit around doing nothing, we dwell.

Get up. Get moving. Do something. Work on something. Work toward something.

Keep the mind engaged. Be so engaged in something that we don’t have time to dwell and worry.
