It takes a village.

I’m not talking about raising a child or
children.

I’m talking about living.

I know I can’t do it by myself.

We are a family. We are a community. We have to take care of one another. We need to look after each other.

We all have strengths and weaknesses. We all play different roles in society.

We don’t need to play stereotypical roles. Let the best person suited for the position play the position. Play to our strengths.

It’s not important who does what. The important thing is that everybody participates and contributes in some way. It doesn’t have to be 100% equal. There’s no way to figure that out.

Whether it’s our family, friends, coworkers, school, or neighborhood, let’s all chip in, have each other’s backs, and do what we can to help out.

Because it takes a village survive. It takes a village to live.
