Today during my run, I slowed down.
It felt so good.
It felt so good to just run and not think about pace. It felt so good not to push myself.
It felt so good to just relax and chill.
Sometimes we focus so much – too much – on our goals and what we’re trying to accomplish and achieve. Sometimes it feels good to stop thinking and just run or just move or just live.
Relax. Chill. Slow down. Take a break. Look up. Enjoy it.
