Just snacked on carrots and ranch dressing. Not sure if I want more carrots or more ranch. 🤔
With that being said, if it takes a dollop of ranch or some other condiment to get you to eat your veggies, then the extra calories are worth it. Just don’t overdo it.
I’ve eaten raw vegetables with no dressing. I can do it. It’s healthier.
But this little bit of ranch made these carrots taste better and made this snack more enjoyable.
Life is all about balance.

Life’s too short to eat raw, plain vegetables. (I’ll probably do it again though at some point.)
