Every battery in the world dies. Batteries need recharged. Every machine in the world falls apart. Machines need maintained.

Humans are no different. Our batteries need recharged or we won’t be able to function and operate. Our minds and bodies need maintained or we will fall apart.

When a battery dies, we know to recharge it. When a machine breaks down, we know to fix it.

Are we taking care of ourselves?

When we are tired, worn down, burned out, and exhausted, are we recharging our batteries?

When we are breaking down, are we working to fix the issue and resolve the problem?

Take care of ourselves just like we take care of the things we own. Take care of ourselves more. Take care of ourselves better. Things can be replaced. We can’t.
