Training is beneficial. Overtraining is detrimental.

Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.

Exercise is supposed to keep us healthy and strong.

We can overdo it.

Beyond a certain point, we do more harm than good.

We tear ourselves down. We hurt ourselves. We destroy our body.

The health benefits dissipate. We negatively impact our health. The returns turn negative.

Establish a healthy relationship with working out. Find the balance. Remember, we’re doing this to feel better and build ourselves up.
