To be healthy. To be well. To be fit. To be strong. To move better. To feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. To have more energy. To sleep better.
Not to be a certain weight. Not for abs. Not to look a certain way.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hype. Let’s stay healthy and well my friends.
