There’s a fine line between pushing through it and injuring ourselves. We learn where that line is with experience. Sometimes we tiptoe it and play with fire.

There’s some pain and discomfort we can’t push through. That hurts and harms us. That’s detrimental. That’s an injury.

Know when to push. Know when to stop. Know when to rest. Know when to take time off. Always listen to our body.
