Resting, relaxing, and sleeping are critical. They’re a few of the best and most important things we can do for ourselves. They’re acts of self-love and self-care. They benefit our mind and our body. They’re renewing and rejuvenating.
We need time away. We need time off. We need to recharge. We need to reenergize.
