Make it a mindless habit.

When our alarm goes off, don’t think about it. Just get up.

When it’s time to exercise, don’t think about it. Just do it.

The more we think and longer we wait, the harder it becomes.

Sometimes it’s worse thinking about it than actually doing it.

We could have been done if we spent the time we wasted thinking about it with doing it.
