Eat our favorite food once a week.

Plan a vacation months in advance.

Buy tickets to a museum, concert, show, or game ahead of time.

Plan time with our family and friends.

Whatever it is we enjoy most, plan for it. Schedule time for it. Build our life around it.

Give ourselves something to think about and get excited for.

Anticipate the feelings of pleasure and joy.

Live it multiple times. Live it while planning it. Live it while thinking about it. Live it while doing it. Win-win-win.
