Health and Well-being: It’s an Investment Not an Expense

Invest in ourselves. Invest in our health and well-being.

A personal trainer who encourages us, motivates us, pushes us, supports us, and holds us accountable is an investment not an expense.

A group fitness class which is fun and social is an investment not an expense.

A gym membership is an investment not an expense.

Healthier food options are an investment not an expense.

A pair of shoes to run, walk, and train in is an investment not an expense.

A workout outfit is an investment not an expense.

A mattress which improves our sleep and rest is an investment not an expense.

A water bottle which encourages us to drink more water and stay hydrated is an investment not an expense.

An activity tracker that reminds us to stand and move is an investment not an expense.

The list goes on and on.

If it makes us feel better mentally and physically, it’s an investment not an expense.
