Burnout is physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion. Burnout is too much stress for too long. Burnout is also going too hard, too fast, too soon.
Do a little bit each and every day. Go slow and steady. Make incremental progress.
It all doesn’t have to get done today. There’s always tomorrow.

Focus on the task at hand. Do one thing at a time. Take one day at a time.
Don’t overdo it. Just focus on our next step and put one foot in front of the other.
