I spend a lot of time nervous, anxious, on edge, and living in fear.

I’m not proud of how I feel. I don’t like the feeling.

I’d rather be in a constant state of peace.

It’s not something to be embarrassed about and ashamed of.

It’s me. It’s the truth. It’s something I need to work on. I need to seek help. I need to heal.

We are not alone. We all are fighting inner battles and wars that others know nothing about. Fight on. We can and will overcome.
