Habits: Learn and Unlearn

Learning is important. So is unlearning.

Learn new habits that serve us. Unlearn old habits that don’t.

We’ve been conditioned over time.

It all starts with awareness. Think about it.

Continue our constructive, beneficial habits that serve us. Build on them. Add to them.

Break our destructive, detrimental habits that hurt us. Extinguish them one by one.
