Dissect and Dismantle

When we dissect ourselves into pieces, we can look at ourselves more closely and under deep focus. We get an up close and personal glimpse and see ourselves more clearly.

When we dismantle ourselves into pieces, we can examine each piece individually. It’s through this process that we learn about ourselves, become more in touch with ourselves, and become more self-aware. When we put ourselves – the pieces – back together, we are stronger, more stable, and better for it.

Sometimes we must break ourselves down in order to build ourselves up. Sometimes we must be broken down in order to build ourselves up.
