When it comes to training, I believe it’s more important to be consistent than intense.

In my opinion, consistency is more important than intensity.

I follow this philosophy in my training. I focus on getting a little bit better and stronger each and every day. Most of my training is done at a low to moderate intensity level. I can sustain it.

I believe in consistently building the body up not constantly breaking it down.

High-intensity training can lead to faster burnout, more fatigue and exhaustion, more soreness and injuries, and less adherence.

Occasionally sprinkle in some high-intensity.

Choose consistency. It lasts longer. We’re more likely to stick with it.
