Are you sleeping enough?
I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. If I can get 9, 10, or more, I’ll take it.
The more active we are, the more sleep we need. Our bodies need to recover and recharge.
Do ourselves and our health a favor. Prioritize resting, relaxing, and sleeping.
We’ll feel better, be in a better mood, and have more energy when we’re awake.
