I used to run to be skinny and light.

I didn’t eat enough food. I didn’t have enough energy to train and perform. I was weak and tired. My body broke down.

Now I train to be strong and fit. I still run but also work to build my other muscles.

I eat to train and perform. Food is fuel. I eat for energy, strength, and recovery.

What a difference.

I’m stronger, more balanced, fitter, and healthier. I’m more confident and more resilient. I just plain feel better.

Remember the true reason we exercise and watch what we eat. We do it to be strong, fit, and healthy. We do it to feel good and move better.
