My weight in the morning can make or break my day.

My weight sets the tone for my day and determines my mood.

Weighing ourselves every day is a double-edged sword. It can hold us accountable but also drive us crazy.

While I do believe it’s important to periodically weigh ourselves, I don’t believe it is necessary every day.

Our weight fluctuates daily based on multiple factors. Look at the overall trend rather than day-to-day fluctuations.

If the scale is causing us stress, consider weighing ourselves less frequently.

Our weight shouldn’t control us. A scale shouldn’t control us. A number shouldn’t control us.

Please remember, we’re all fighting mental and emotional battles that you cannot physically see.
