Extreme Dieting, Eating Disorder

Extreme dieting is not sustainable and has negative side effects.

I’ve done it.

Here’s what I felt when I restricted and deprived myself:

1. Depression

2. Low energy

3. Bad moods

4. Irritability

All I thought about was food. My work and social life suffered.

I still don’t have a great relationship with food. I still am afraid of food.

I’m aware of my problem and have been working on it. I’m slowly getting better and healing.

So please take it from me. Life is a marathon. Taking care of ourselves is a lifelong process. Whatever your goals are, please take your time and work toward them in a sustainable, healthy way.
