I feel better when I eat better.

I know this.

Yet I continue to overeat once or twice a week.

Friday’s have been a weakness lately – maybe because I’m excited for the weekend.

After overdoing it on Friday’s, I don’t enjoy Saturday’s as much.

Will I learn my lesson? Will I continue to make the same mistake over and over again?

Or will I make adjustments and changes?

I believe in indulging but not in using a day as an excuse to eat everything under the sun.

Treating myself to my favorite food is pleasurable. Eating in excess makes me feel horrible.

Tomorrow is Friday. Here’s my opportunity to be better, do better, and be healthier.
