I eat chocolate every day. I have been for years.

Lately, I’ve been drinking a 12 ounce can of pop every day.

Some may say this is unhealthy.

I believe it’s healthy.

I am active. I know my body and mind. I know what each needs.

Sometimes I need sugar and a quick pick-me-up.

I savor every bite and every sip. They make my heart happy and keep me sane. I look forward to them.

This helps me satisfy my cravings and fend off binging. All foods are ok to eat in moderation.

To me, this is living a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
